HOW TO START
- Click "I agree" on the "Strategic Media
Partnership" button below.
- Email us answers to the brief questions in
"Strategic Media Partnership."
- Upload your videos. Instructions follow.
VIDEO FORMAT and FILE SIZE
Windows Media Video (.wmv) is our preferred video file format. We can
accept other formats, including Windows formats such as .mpg, .mpeg,
.mpeg-1, .mpeg2, as well as QuickTime (.mov, .mp4 with "hinted
streaming") and Real Player (.rm, .ram) files. Please do not exceed

VIDEO LENGTH
Your video should not exceed about 60 minutes. If your event far
exceeds 60 minutes, break it into separates files and upload them
separately, identifying each with "SEQ1" (Sequence 1), "SEQ2", etc. For
example, if your event is "Power-Gen", identify it as "Power-Gen SEQ1",
"Power-Gen SEQ2", etc. In the world of video, less is more, but we
leave the choice to you.
VIDEO UPLOADING
We will email you a link enabling you to upload your video to
Energypolicytv.com's FTP site. Before you send your video file, we will
ask you to fill out a form that describes your video, which you will
then email back to us. This completes your upload. You can send us as
many video files as you like. The only requirement is that you follow
our "Content" guidelines above, and that you provide a description with
each of your videos.
